Crawfords is the esteemed UK distributor for Minelab products, a global brand synonymous with quality and reliability in metal detecting equipment. Minelab warranty spans from 1 to 3 years depending on the product, covering many defects in materials or workmanship. Rest assured, regardless of the brand, if your item was purchased from Crawfords, we will assist you with any warranty issues, guiding you through the process to ensure a seamless resolution.

Warranty Process:

  1. Should you encounter any issues with your purchase, we request you to call us prior to initiating a warranty claim. Our seasoned team may be able to provide immediate solutions or guide you through the warranty process.

  2. Following the call, please complete, submit, print, and return the warranty form below alongside your item (it will be available for download once submitted). This enables us to process your warranty claim expeditiously.
  3. In the event you do not have a printer, jot down the necessary information by hand (using pen and paper) ensuring it's complete and legible. *Incomplete or illegible forms may result in delays, so we encourage ensuring all details are accurately provided.
  4. Post the item back to us for technical assessment (address provided once form submitted). IMPORTANT – please ensure the downloaded/hand written form is included in your item package. We often receive parcels with items in and no information and we struggle to identify, who’s item it is, and also what the issue is! Please help us to help you, by ensuring your form is included within your package.
  5. We will contact you as soon as the item has been diagnosed and guide you on the next steps required.

We endeavour to assess and rectify warranty claims as promptly as possible. However, the process of receiving, diagnosing, repairing, or replacing products may take some time. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. You are always welcome to call and check on the progress of your item. We are here to keep you informed and address any concerns you might have. A typical warranty return/diagnosis/repair/replacement takes 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the item.
