The Garrett Apex is the latest addition to the Garrett range of metal detectors, and the first to include their Multi-Flex multi frequency technology. It features four single frequency modes and two multi, one for standard detecting and one specifically for beach detecting on wet sand.
The Apex features a rain proof control box, rechargeable lithium ion batteries and a waterproof Viper 11 x 6 inch DD search coil. Also included is Garrett's Z-Lynk wireless technology, to connect with MS-3 headphones or a standard 1/8 jack if preferred.
