Delivery Prices & Times
At Crawford's, we offer FREE delivery on any UK order priced at £50 or above!
Our standard delivery on everything over £50 is Next Working Day via DPD Parcel Services. To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery your order must be placed prior to 2pm. Orders after this time will not be posted until the next working day.
Important Information
*Please note: Next working day refers to the standard working week. Orders placed on Saturdays will be collected by the courier on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Similarly, orders placed on Fridays before 2 PM will be dispatched but may not be delivered until Monday.
DPD Parcel Services often provide faster delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Orders under £50 are subject to delivery charges based on product weight and size. Some smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery options can be adjusted during checkout.
Despatch Process
Our amazing warehouse team will ensure that any order made prior to 2pm will ship the next working day (even if you order on a Friday – as we’re open on Saturday mornings). Yippee! Upon completion of your order, you should receive a notification providing tracking information for your goods. If this has not happened within 48-hours please contact us and we will check the status of your order.
We must advise that we cannot ship any items until payment has completed. Please allow up to 4 working days should you provide payment by cheque.

Delivery
We can’t guarantee specific delivery dates and times, but ask that you please ensure someone is present at the property to take delivery of, and sign for your items. If you have any doubts about your order, or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our team and we will happily assist you.

Territories
We predominantly ship to the UK, but should you require an item posting to a destination outside of the UK please contact our sales team for assistance.
Note: Some areas of the UK, such as the Highlands and the Islands may require a delivery surcharge. If you live in a remote location, please contact us prior to placing an order to prevent an order delay.
