This self illuminating magnifying glass is a great tool for examining and cleaning your detector finds, providing clarity and light with its 4x magnification, 2 x 2 inch lens and two lighting modes. The magnifying glass can be used handheld in the conventional manner, or by folding down the built in stand, can be positioned on a surface above the subject leaving both your hands free.
A two way switch can select either 5 LEDs in a ring to surround the subject in light, or a single large LED spot to focus more intense light on the centre. The white LEDs placed on the underside bring the light source close to the subject without causing glare in your direction. The rubberised body gives a comfortable grip and resistance to shock.
