The Garrett Apex is the latest addition to the Garrett range of metal detectors, and the first to include their Multi-Flex multi frequency technology. It features four single frequency modes and two multi, one for standard detecting and one specifically for beach detecting on wet sand.

The Apex features a rain proof control box, rechargeable lithium ion batteries and a waterproof Raider 11 x 8.5 inch search coil. Also included is Garrett's Z-Lynk wireless technology, to connect with MS-3 headphones or a standard 1/8 jack if preferred.
